While taking a class at BAVC in Mission District of San Francisco, one student got curious about the neighborhood – what exactly was it? He went around and asked a few people, got very confusing and contradicting responses, and that’s how we found our theme for the class project movie. We went around the block, talked to a few people – this time on camera, and although we still have no idea what the name of this neighborhood really is, we’ve learned quite a bit about the area, possibly more than we ever expected to. Once the filming was done, each of us locked up in a room and edited their own version of the story…

Took it roughly two months from the conception of the idea, registering of the domain, and the climatic insertion of the top-loaded HTML with the “Under Construction” code seed, to this first post.
